Monza, Italy. Probably the track I’ve wanted to go to since I first started following racing, and seeing the 1966 movie Grand Prix. Turned out to be everything I was hoping for. Walking into the Autodromo in the morning, large park setting with trees all around and you hear the bikes screaming all around you, but you can’t see them. Then step out of the forest and you’re trackside. Most of the track is accessible (including the old high banked sections). Weather was perfect for May, accommodations were perfect, and the food… OMG. There are so many places in the world to see, but I just want to keep going back.
