December 2012. Went out to Naperville to visit family and managed to get into Chicago one day. Not enough time to see everything we wanted, but we did mange to see enough to want to go back. For December the weather wasn’t too bad. 20-30’s F, no snow, and light winds. Not bad at all considering what it could have been like..
- The Navy Pier was almost completely devoid of people. This side of the pier was nice, other side the wind was blowing pretty good and really cold
- Fried dough? Isn’t that a donut?

Excellent! I made the mistake of going to the Hancock building at night rather than the day. Oh, btw: I’d love to try some of that ‘mocha dough’! π
